Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is not on sale or clearance (unless damaged)

- Products purchased during special sales
- Customized or altered items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos for verification
Refund Process
Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is from our side).
